BACKGROUND: Aileen has Bachelor of Arts degrees in both political science and philosophy along with several expert certifications in computer business solutions. Skilled in business, tech and the art of negotiation, she built a 10+ year career working in high level positions in both the private and public sector. Her passion for real estate took hold while working on a redevelopment project to transform a blighted city building into a successful storefront and community space. She became a California licensed salesperson in 2007 and got her start in the highly competitive Los Angeles Westside real estate market before moving back home to the East Bay Area with her family.

CURRENT STATUS: A Realtor, investor and landlord, Aileen has experience in sales, design/build construction, finance, marketing and property management. She loves sharing her knowledge and skills with clients to help them achieve their real estate goals. Aileen lives in Orinda with her husband and two children. She is a passionate and involved member of her community, chairing several programs at Glorietta Elementary (Go Gophers!) and Meadow Swim and Tennis Club (Go Dolphins!)

GIVING BACK: With each completed transaction, she donates a portion of the net proceeds to a non-profit of her client's choice. She sponsors several local organizations and events, as well as generously volunteers her time whenever needed.

Caldecott Properties is a local, East Bay, independently owned and operated, full-service brokerage that specializes in working with buyers and sellers of residential real estate, primarily in Contra Costa and Alameda counties, including: Orinda, Lafayette, Moraga, Walnut Creek, Danville, Alamo, Berkeley, Piedmont, Oakland, Alameda, Concord, Martinez, El Cerrito, Richmond and Emeryville. Our office is located in Oakland's Rockridge District, across from the California College of Arts, and in Moraga's Rheem Valley Shopping Center, adjacent to the Rheem Theater.
